There are any number of things that could go wrong in your home in your absence. From leaking pipes to unwanted pests, we’ve seen it all. At Sunny Home Watch Services we provide weekly house / condo inspections, because a weekly visit can help reduce the possibility of costly, permanent damage to your property.

During each visit we’ll perform a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your home to check for obvious problems or issues. If we determine that something needs to be addressed, we’ll communicate our findings with you so the problem can be addressed promptly.

Once we have your approval, we’ll coordinate with the appropriate service provider to schedule a repair appointment, then we’ll lock up and re-set the alarm upon our departure.
